Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing, or using any feature of the JEETutorAI platform (the "Service") operated by JEETutorAI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent to sign up and to pay for any subscription.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure.

You may register with an email + password or by using "Continue with Google". If you sign in with Google, you agree to Google's own terms in addition to ours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that share credentials, that we suspect are automated, or that attempt to bypass rate limits or paywalls.

• Paid plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as chosen at checkout, processed by Cashfree Payments.
• 7-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first subscription payment, email hello@jeetutorai.com and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. This applies once per user.
• Beyond the 7-day window, subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription — you'll keep access until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Prices, plan features, and taxes may change; existing paid users will be notified at least 14 days in advance.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute questions, solutions, or AI-generated content without our written permission.
• Use the Service to cheat on an actual live examination, or to help another person cheat.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Upload malicious content, personal data of others, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Use automation (bots, scrapers) against our APIs without an explicit written agreement.

We may throttle or terminate accounts that violate these rules and remove offending content.

• All original content — question banks, curated diagrams, study plans, code, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
• PYQ (previous year questions) are used for educational commentary under fair-use principles; original copyright belongs to the respective examination bodies.
• Content you upload (notes, PDFs, images) remains yours. By uploading you grant us a limited license to store, index, and display it back to you as part of the Service.
• AI-generated questions and explanations are provided "as-is" for personal study use — you may not republish them commercially.

JEETutorAI is a study aid. We do not guarantee any specific examination rank, score, admission, or career outcome. Answer keys, explanations, and AI-generated content are best-effort and may contain errors — please cross-check important material and report issues via the in-app flag button.

We work hard to keep the Service running 24×7 but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time; if we retire a paid feature that materially changes what you paid for, we will offer a pro-rated refund on request.

The Service integrates with Google (sign-in and Drive), Cashfree (payments), and AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹5,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost opportunities, or exam-outcome claims). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JEETutorAI ("we", "us", "our") and its team from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before initiating any legal action, we encourage you to contact hello@jeetutorai.com — most issues can be resolved amicably.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
